Notting Hill Housing Trust have been pioneering vibrant, urban regeneration schemes and socially inclusive new housing developments across London since 1963. In 2005, they embarked on a new mission - to develop a commercial arm, one that would create beautiful new homes for private sale, the profits from which would be put back into their social enterprise.

Iconic pitched for and won the brand strategy work including naming, brand positioning and new ‘umbrella’ web site - and so Notting Hill London was born.

Since then, Iconic has developed the naming and identity design for key Notting Hill London developments including naming, corporate identity, marketing material, microsites, hoardings and advertising for Whitechapel Depot, 661 London Road and New Barnet Green.
